Overview
Pumpkin Pet Insurance wanted to explore how clearer onboarding and product messaging could help new users understand the relationship between insurance coverage and preventative wellness plans.
Through feasibility surveys and visual design concepts, we tested how different onboarding flows could clarify product value and reduce friction for first-time pet owners exploring insurance options.
