Overview
DoorDash Reusables explored how food delivery platforms could reduce single-use packaging waste through a reusable container system designed for campus environments.
The project focused on designing a circular packaging experience that made it easy for students to participate in sustainable delivery without adding friction to the ordering or return process. By combining research on user behavior with service design concepts, we developed a reusable container model tailored for high-volume campus food delivery.
